At Spazio, we understand that the condominium lifestyle is unique - designing for a condo is much different than for designing a house. We work with many condo owners to create spaces that are stylish as well as functional. We have put together a selection of our favorite pieces for condo living. In many condos, space is limited, so many of our selections are multifunctional. We have pieces that double as storage, such as beds with under-the-bed storage compartments, attractive cabinet and wall systems and much more. If you have a particular design need that you are having trouble accommodating, we will help you find the best solution.

For Dining Rooms

Palermo
Design Ferruccio Laviani for Emmemobili.

It is tasteful geometry for the Palermo table; its square base turns through the heights into the round shape of the top. The table is proposed in one dimension, in wenge, natural or tinted oak or in wengè with ebony makassar top.

For Seating & Style

Hi-Cove
Designed by Ferruccio Laviani for Molteni & C.

Armchair with a swiveling base in shiny chrome, made of the joining of two sinuous curves that meet to form a welcoming and comfortable seating. Available in fabric or leather.

For Storage

Cubus cabinet
Designed for Team 7.

Sideboard in several sizes and wood types, with sliding doors in glass or wood.

For the Living Room

Axel
Designed by Gijs Papavoine for Montis.

The legs under the delicately cut cubist surrounds are almost hidden from view, as a result of which the couch seems to have no connection with the floor. These tight surrounds are filled with soft cusions, which give Axel not only great comfort, but also an inviting and cosy appearance. The materials are made of the best quality, which guarantees that the filling will stay in shape for many years. The height of the seat is chosen quite high in order to simplify standing up.

For the Walls

Thomas Darnell Art

A Texas native, Thomas Darnell travels the world, showing his work. He resides in the south of France near the Mediterranean Sea along with his wife and children, in the same area where Matisse, Picasso and others drew their inspiration. His landscapes, flower and still life oil paintings have a peaceful, dream-like, photographic quality while the luminous abstract oil paintings have a meditative and vaguely spiritual feel.

To Divide a Room

DA.DO.
Designed by Ferruccio Laviani for Emmemobili.

Modular sideboard with doors made in multilayer; available in natural or tinted oak in the colours of the collection. The cubic elements have 45° shape of frame and doors which enriches its design. Usable as a centre-room element, thanks to the back with the same finish of the fronts.
